Course Description: This course is designed for participants to identify considerations when opening a real estate firm in Georgia. Also, course will further define the term Qualifying Broker, Broker-In-Charge, Managing Broker and an Associate Broker and their roles. Course will review basic license law for brokerage firms as well as identifying different and various business models that may be available when opening a firm. Others topics of discussion are, Compliance for Real Estate Teams, Risk Management, best practices for supervising licensees, the importance of selecting certain provisions when creating policies and procedures manuals and evaluate how current and future trends impact real estate brokerage management.
