2010 Membership: To begin your membership in January 2010, please

If you are transferring from another Board of REALTORS® and have paid your 2010 GAR and NAR dues, please submit the 2011 REALTOR® Application. 2011 Dues are $335.50 with RPAC / $310.50 without RPAC.

COMPANY/BROKER (New):
There is a one-time fee of $250 for new a company.

RENEWING REALTOR®
MEMBERS:
2011 Dues are due Octover 31, 2010. A $50 late fee will be added after December 1, 2010. You may pay your dues by one of the following:

*As per the NAMAR By-Laws (Article V, Section 3), all applications for membership must be presented before the NAMAR membership and invite a written comment. If one or more REALTOR® members object to the approval of the applicant, based upon a lack of qualification as set forth in the By-Laws, they must submit their written and signed objection to NAMAR at least 10 days prior to the next scheduled Board of Directors meeting. The objecting member and applicant will meet before the Membership Committee.
