As per the NAMAR By-Laws (Article V, Section 3), all applications for membership must be presented before the NAMAR membership and invite a written comment. If one or more REALTOR® members object to the approval of the applicant, based upon a lack of qualification as set forth in the By-Laws, they must submit their written and signed objection to NAMAR at least 10 days prior to the next scheduled Board of Directors meeting. The objecting member and applicant will meet before the Membership Committee. Below is a list of companies and applicants applying for membership.
