How many times have you been in a home with a Buyer and they ask, “ What is that”? “Why did
they do that”? “Is that any good”? “Should we run”? This class will give you answers to most of
these questions and more. Is it gas, heat pump, polyethylene, pvc, fake stucco, etc.??
A house is the product that you, as a Realtor, sell and you need to know the answers. So come
out and learn and maybe even laugh a little.
