To be successful, an agent must know all legitimate creative financing programs available. Answers to common questions are discussed, including, “Can a buyer legally borrow more than the appraised value?”; “Can the proposed renovations include luxury items?” and “Can an investor obtain a renovation loan?” This course reviews renovation loans (FHA and Conventional) and what can and cannot be done. It helps agents to identify a true renovation loan from a fraudulent scheme, merely referred to as a renovation loan. Every agent who is unaware of available legitimate financing tools is an agent who cannot achieve their highest potential. A mortgage professional specializing in renovation loans accompanies me to answer specific issues relating to the loan qualification process.
