Students will learn how to use rDocs Document Management System to create electronic real estate forms (GAR forms for Realtors and RE Forms for non-Realtors) and contracts. rDocs eSign for document management sets up a workflow that ensures all parties required to sign documents are notified and provided with the documents. Students will learn how to submit documents for Broker Review and how to correct them when needed. This class will also identify other time saving tools for document and task management.
Topics covered include the features and benefits of electronic document management, how to create, store, share and sign documents online, and working in Teams.
