CCT combines the core ABR course and SRS course. This results in a 4 day focus of building real estate business which will evolve and grow through the commitment to represent clients in a real estate transaction; whether that client be a buyer or seller. A person can elect to complete ABR or SRS individually or take the entire CCT program. In addition to the unparalleled knowledge and credibility one obtains by completing this course, a successful attendee will receive the SRS designation, membership in the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (1st year dues paid) and membership in the Seller’s Representative Council (1st year dues paid). Many real estate professionals, who work with investors, are largely unaware of the potential for individuals to use retirement funds when purchasing investment real estate. Retirement funds account for nearly $6 Trillion of wealth in the United States, but less than 5% of those funds are directed into alternative assets like real estate, mortgage notes, tax liens, and much more.
